Refund and Returns Policy

MentalForge aims to provide a reliable experience and clear expectations for every purchase. This policy explains when returns or refunds may be available and how to request support.

What This Covers

This policy applies to the following purchase types offered by MentalForge.AI. Each category below has different eligibility rules:

  • Workshops and other digital events (including recordings and downloadable materials).

  • AI Integration and custom AI work.

  • Physical products (such as T-shirts).


 

Non-Refundable Items

All workshop purchases are final and are not eligible for refunds. All custom products and custom AI services are also non-refundable.

  • Workshops are non-refundable whether accessed or not, including cases where a live session is attended, materials are downloaded, or a recording is made available.

  • Custom work becomes non-refundable by nature of being made-to-order, including custom AI services.

  • If a technical issue prevents access to a workshop, support may be provided to restore access or offer an alternative arrangement where feasible, but a refund will not be issued.


 

Physical Product Returns

Returns for eligible physical products are accepted only when the item is in the required condition, and the request is made within the stated timeframe. Some items and situations are not eligible for return.

  • A return can be requested if the item is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the original packaging.

  • A return request must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.

  • A return will not be accepted if the item has been worn, washed, or damaged by the customer.

  • A return will not be accepted if the request is made after 14 days.

  • A return will not be accepted for custom or limited-edition items.

  • If the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact support within 7 days of delivery with a clear photo and the order number, and a replacement or refund will be offered as appropriate.


 

Modification or Cancellation of Policy

The Company reserves the right to modify, amend, or update this Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes to this Policy will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or notifying you through other appropriate channels.


 

Requests, Disputes, And Misuse

Requests must be submitted by email to info@mentalforge.ai, and responses are typically provided within 2 business days. Approved refunds (when applicable) are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.

  • Include the customer’s full name, order number, what was purchased, and the reason for the request.

  • Include photos when the request relates to a physical product issue.

  • If a payment dispute is raised without contacting support first, access to services may be suspended and future purchases may be refused.

  • Refunds or resolutions may be declined where there is misuse, shared access, or false claims.
